Nathan LeMay started A Plus HVAC Inc. 11 years ago. He is a dedicated team builder and team player focused on helping his team grow personally and in their positions within the company. He is dedicated, hardworking, and passionate about his company, employees, and customers. His top priority is making sure everyone is taken care of and treated as family. So, if A Plus’s customers aren’t happy, neither is he! 

Rebecca LeMay, Nathan’s big sister, is A Plus’s Office Manager and has been with the company for 5 ½ years. She is the “Go-To” person to get the job done. She has all the answers to everyone’s questions and handles matters with ease. Not only does she keep the engine running nice and smooth but can listen and advise her fellow peers.

Keith Fournier has been A Plus HVAC Inc. for 6 years. His experience combined with his drive to learn all that he can about the HVAC industry has led to the accumulation of many licenses and certifications, including NATE Certification, MA Oil Burner, EPA Universal, just to name a few. He has a strong work ethic and a willingness to do what it takes to help the company succeed!

PJ (Paul) McCormick is A Plus’s Master Plumber with 30+ years of experience, and has been with A Plus for 2 ½ years now. He is a team player and hard worker. If you have any plumbing issues he is your guy. He is a strong and valuable key player here at A Plus, and we are lucky to have PJ on our team!​
