Heat Pump Water Heaters

  • Standard & 120V Units: $750 per unit.
  • Split-System Units: $1,500 per system.

Whole-Home Systems

  • $2,650 per ton, up to a maximum of $8,500.

Partial-Home Systems

  • $1,125 per ton, up to a maximum of $8,500.

Basic Rebate

  • $250 per ton, up to a maximum of $2,500.

Income-Based Enhanced Incentives

  • Up to $16,000 or no cost through turnkey services for qualifying low-to-moderate-income households. 

Heat Loan 

  • Available for 0% financing for 84 months for a loan of up to $25,000 for qualified energy-efficient home improvements. 

Sizing Bonus

  • $500 if the heat pump is sized to meet 90% to 120% of your home's total heating needs.

Weatherization Bonus

  • $500 if you complete qualifying home insulation upgrades recommended during a Mass Save Home Energy Assessment.
