What a fantastic company! From the quote to the finished product; I couldn’t be happier! Prompt, professional, personable, knowledgeable, affordable! The work was done the day promised, in less time than quoted and if I didn’t see the minisplits, Idk if I would have known they were here, the rooms they worked in were spotless when they left. I bought my house in August 2022. This winter I called the installers of the furnace to come and do a yearly maintenance. The installers were Spark A Arc from Westfield. They refused to answer my calls. I called A+HVAC and they were here within a week. The technician was professional, and answered all my questions. I signed up for the yearly maintenance on my heating and air-conditioning system. Thank you. I’m happy to be part of your family.

Called after waking early on a Sunday morning to no heat. A human actually answered and took my info and phone number. Got a return call from the technician about an hour later and he was at my door within an hour after that. Heat was restored shortly thereafter. The definitely earn the name A-Plus

Nearly 5 months ago, A Plus HVAC installed a supplemental high-efficiency HVAC system to heat/cool an upper floor. A Plus offered me a variety of options to fit my budget and there was available financing. When the crew arrived to perform the installation, they worked diligently and completed the installation within the promised time. The system has been working great and the town inspector complimented the quality of the workmanship. I've also used A Plus HVAC to perform maintenance on my home's primary HVAC and the technician worked to the same standards. I highly recommend you consider using A Plus HVAC for your next project.

Excellent scheduling, excellent service, tech was friendly knowledge and did a great job for us.They recently (end of March 2023) put in a new central AC unit for us and as with their furnace work this was amazing. Great group of technicians and wonderful to work with on any project like this. I recommend A Plus HVAC Inc to anyone who needs a furnace installed or an AC installed or simply needs some maintenance on those units. Great people in my personal experience.

I met with design consultant Matt Czarnik to get an estimate for both a new heating and cooling system. During our two and a half hour consultation, Matt was extremely thorough, courteous and knowledgeable. He made me feel very comfortable and answered all questions as well. We had a mini split heat pump system installed by A+ HVAC. Every bit of the process was extremely professional and easy. Not only did they design our system specifically to meet our needs. But they worked with us to obtain a special loan as well as the rebate offered for such a system.The sales person did a great job, explaining everything we needed to know. The technicians were amazing, both in their work and their attitudes. They were on time in uniform, and they cleaned up as they went never leaving a mess at all. As soon as one hole was drilled, someone was there with a vacuum cleaner to clean up.After the installation, the lead installer spent time with us, making sure we understood how to use the system, and he answered any questions that we might have.I’m very glad we hired A+ HVAC, and will use them again if need be.

A-Plus just left my home after some vent repair and adjustment. I had a tech name, Jeff. Jeff was polite, responsive, clean working and professional. He was even reasonably timely to the appointment despite the recent blizzard that left many without power or completely snowed in. The administrative team has been excellent. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to folks who need HVAC work completed. Very detailed and direct team - no convolution.

After a heat pump installation by another vendor we found we had a system that was not installed properly. The installer refused to communicate with us. We called A Plus and within 24 hours they sent Jeffrey to trouble shoot the system and correct the problems. Jeff is very knowledgeable, got the work immediately and corrected the problem. Jeff is a true professional and we would recommend him and A Plus to anyone. Our only regret is that we did not have A Plus to the installation to start with.

We were having no hot water or heat.. and Keith was sent to take a look. A day after, my whole basement was flooded and I’ve incurred large costs trying to fix my basement. Keith showed up that second day and “drained” water stating that the issue was resolved but that was not the case. We had to use a different company to replace the system and had to replace our carpets due to too much water damage. Despite having such a horrible experience, I’ve just received a $200 bill for who knows what.

We’ve had multiple problems with our system the last couple of years and with it being a fairly new A Plus system that has been quite disappointing. But today was our first malfunctioning issue this year - again, disappointing but Ed came right out, was very helpful and even came back with a space heater for temporary relief. Out old furnace from 1985 finally started making really bad noises. So my wife called for an estimate. Matt showed up did his inspection and gave us the options. He was very nice and was very helpful on giving us the 3 best options and we figured out what worked for us. They do finance so we were able to go that route and did a new gas furnace unit and central air unit inside and A/C coil. They came yesterday right on time very good communication on when they were coming and who was gonna show up. Keith and his co-worker had the old beast of a furnace and all the old duct work out of the basement like nothing. They were both very organized and kept everything clean. Considering my basement isn't that great right now lol. They got the heat side running and came back today right on time and did all the final electrical install and the outdoor A/C coil assembly and finished the air intake duct work. Everyone that worked this job from the Keith and his co-worker to the electrician and the gentleman that made all the new duct work was excellent. Keith I still dont know how you didn't freeze to the ground putting that A/C coil in with the wicked wind and cold we had lmao. I will definitely be referring you guys to everyone that askes me who to call for HVAC work. Thank you all again it is greatly appreciated.
